About the Health Department Accreditation Data Portal
The mission of the Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) is to improve and protect the health of the public by advancing and transforming the quality and performance of governmental public health agencies in the US and abroad. Through a rigorous, peer-reviewed process, health departments are assessed on their conformity with consensus standards. This data portal allows the public health community to explore and visualize these aggregate data on health department capacity.
